Online Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities
Lead generation, prospecting and customer servicing for web based services and Web promotion programs like Search Engine optimization and top rankings.
Proposal preparation, rate negotiations and closing the dea.l
Market analysis, competition analysis and devise marketing strategies.
Meet Revenue Targets.
Identify, research and evaluate new business opportunities, establish contacts with clients to understand their business needs.
Determine client business requirements and identify which services of Riva Logic meet those needs.
Represent Riva Logic in client presentations, seminars and other forums.


Required Skillsets:
Must have a minimum of 1+ years experience in IT Solutions sales / marketing with specifically in sales of offshore development services / web related services.
Strong negotiation, presentation & communication and analytical skills.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Past demonstrated experience in sales and marketing.

Candidates submitting resumes for this position must include salary history and brief description of sales /mktg achievements and at least two strong references.

Software Engineer (.NET) - for Microsoft

At least 1 year of software development experience (not self taught) with one or more of the following qualification and technologies:

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer-related disciplines from accredited university.
Acceptable oral/written English communication skills.
Good understanding of OOP/OOD.
Good understanding of .NET Framework.
Experience with ASP, ASP.NET, C#, ADO.NET, XML,Web Services, etc..
At least one RDBMS (SQL Server, DB2, Oracle, etc.)
Experience with GUI programming is a plus.

Web Designer

Job Description

-> He can able to prepare tableless websites by using DIV and CSS only.
-> Flash basic scripting knowledge with animation support.
-> Having working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Image Ready.
-> Web designs standards and fundamentals.

Business Development Executive (International Markets)

Qualification: Graduate – Science/Commerce /B.E preferred with technical background with outbound calling experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION:
The main objective of this project is to increase the brand visibility of the company and to generate sales leads. The project will involve building a database across various BUs of companies, researching on these companies, segmenting these companies and finding out other contact and other details.

It will also include communicating with the companies via email, telephone following and tracking these companies. The primary objective will be to do a tele-sales campaign to generate qualified leads and setting up appointments with company representatives in the respective countries for the sales team to meet them.
